Our contract with you
The Mangle & Wringer® wholesale website, www.mangleandwringer.co.uk (the 'website'), is owned and operated by Bette Bliss Ltd t/a Mangle & Wringer® (“we”, “us” or “our”). We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this page. The date of the last update can be found at the end of these terms.

These are the terms and conditions on which we supply any of our products detailed on our wholesale website to you as a retailer, (the “Retailer”) whether you operate your business as a physical shop or via an e-commerce website. These Terms and Conditions together with our full privacy policy constitute an agreement between us.

Before accepting you as a Mangle & Wringer stockist we may ask you to prove the existence of your business and the sales methods you use in order for us to establish that you are a retailer. This may include, amongst other things, your providing us with the address of your retail outlet and/or a digital photograph of your shop front, and/or details of the URL of your website from which you operate your e-commerce website.

When placing an order you confirm that you have the authority to place an order through our website for the purchase of our products on behalf of the business or company you represent.

These terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of our products to you and supersede any previous terms and conditions. We reserve the right to revise these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to order products through our website you will be asked to check these terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time.

You are responsible for all information provided to us in relation to your order and we shall not be responsible for any errors or missing information in the details we receive from you.

We shall confirm your eligibility as a retailer and an account will be created for you to purchase products directly through our website at wholesale prices.
Ordering products
Your order for products is made when you submit an online order to us via our wholesale website.

The minimum order (“MOQ”) is £250.00 excluding VAT. We reserve the right to alter the MOQ without notice, although we will endeavour to give notice to any proposed changes in this respect.

We endeavour to display only items on our website which are in stock. If we are unable to supply you with any products or we are unable to comply with the timescale set out in these terms and conditions we will inform you of this via email as soon as is reasonably practicable. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any product we will offer you the nearest alternative where available, or we will refund you the full amount for the relevant products as soon as is reasonable practicable.

Once your order has been placed you will receive an automated confirmation email and your order will enter our workflow system list.

We endeavour to complete all wholesale orders within 7 days. However, please note that any despatch or delivery date provided is an estimate. At busy times, and depending on the size of your order, deliveries may take longer. If delivery is estimated to be longer than 7 days we will inform you by email.

Once your order is ready to be despatched you will receive an automated email and a further email from our courier company with a date for delivery. If you have provided us with a mobile phone number you will also receive an SMS with an estimated time slot on the day of delivery from the courier.

If we are not able to deliver the whole of your order at one time, due to operational difficulties or shortage of stock, we will deliver your order in instalments. We will not charge extra delivery costs for this. However if you ask us to deliver in instalments we may charge you for extra deliveries. If we are late delivering an instalment or one instalment is faulty or damaged that will not entitle you to cancel any other instalments.

We reserve the right to refuse or decline any order at our sole discretion.
Products
Although we make every effort to be as accurate as possible, because our products are made by hand, using natural ingredients, there may be variations from time to time in colour, shape and consistency. These do not adversely affect the product in any way.

We have committed to reducing single use plastic waste and supply all our powder products without plastic inner bags. The stability and nature of the products may be altered depending on storage conditions and it is the responsibility of the retailer to store all powder products in dry conditions, free from damp.

As the availability of ingredients and natural raw ingredients is not always certain and subject to market conditions or otherwise we reserve the right to substitute alternative natural ingredients and raw materials in order to maintain supply to our customers. We will never compromise on ingredients and will always inform customers of any changes on our website.

All products are displayed on our wholesale website as MOQ multipacks and cannot be split.
Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed on our website in UK sterling (£) excluding VAT.  VAT is calculated and added at the checkout.

VAT will also be added to all orders in EU unless we are provided with a valid VAT identification number. International orders outside the EU do not incur VAT but may incur taxes and import duties which are the sole responsibility of the retailer.

We reserve the right to alter prices without notice, although we will endeavour to give notice of any proposed changes in this respect.

Payment is taken at the point of checkout. Payment may be made with most major credit or debit cards, via Paypal or bank transfer. Please email [email protected] for our bank details if you wish to pay via bank transfer. We do not offer credit accounts.

Ordering from us online is fully secure. Your secure payment is provided by Braintree, a PayPal company, who comply with the highest privacy and encryption standards available. Braintree is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS compliant service provider and payments are automatically protected with 128-bit SSL Encryption to ensure that your transactions are always safe.
Delivery of products
Our courier company will deliver your order to you, together with a hard copy of your invoice, to the address you have provided when you place your order via our website. If any of the details you have provided are incorrect, we are not liable for any parcels that are lost in transit or not received. If any products are returned to us, due to an incorrect address, an additional delivery charge will be applied before delivery is reattempted.

As soon as they are despatched all orders are fully traceable via our courier. You will be provided with all relevant shipping and tracking details to enable you to track your order.

Deliveries within the UK are shipped on a 24 service and generally arrive at their destination the next working day. Please note deliveries to the Highlands and Islands are sent on a 48 hour service.

International orders are sent via Parcelforce worldwide. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and will depend on the destination country.

Please note, any fees charged by customs are the sole responsibility of the retailer.
Returns and cancellations
On receipt of your order please carefully check the products and report any shortages or damages immediately. We will replace any faulty or damaged products or put right any errors we have made with your order.

Please note that opened products will not be exchanged unless faulty or damaged.

When returning products please ensure that they are securely wrapped and, for your own protection, we recommend that you return products to us using a delivery service that ensures the value of the products being returned, as we cannot be held responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit.

Exchanges and refunds are usually processed within 7 working days.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been despatched please notify us by calling 01451 833600 or via email to [email protected]. We will issue a full refund within 7 days.

The retailer may cancel an order after despatch, however, all products must be returned unopened and in their original condition for a full refund. The retailer is responsible for the cost of returning the order. Any refund will cover the cost of the products only and will not include a refund for any delivery charges.
Security
When you register as a Mangle & Wringer stockist we take your security and the privacy of all your data seriously. We are registered on the Data Protection Register, registration reference ZA243350, and we comply with all applicable UK data protection legislation.

We accept payment online with most major credit and debit cards via Braintree (a PayPal company). We may use contact information to periodically send newsletters about new products, special offers or other information which we think may be of interest to you. If you would prefer not to receive emails from us you can let us know at any time by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of our newsletter or by contacting us at [email protected].

This website uses cookies to enable the saving of items to virtual shopping baskets and to allow registered users to authenticate and perform account related functions. Cookies are also used to identify which pages are being visited, giving us web traffic data which we analyse and use to improve our website user experience. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.
