Deliveries and returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) and will usually dispatch the same day if orders are received before midday. 

Please be aware that as we make all our products by hand, should there be a very high volume of orders it may take a little longer to dispatch to you. We will always let you know by email if there is a delay of more than three days.

It is very important to us that our products reach you in perfect condition. If you are unhappy with the delivery service in any way, please let us know at
UK deliveries
All our parcels are sent by Parcelforce on a next day delivery or 48 hour service for Highlands and Islands. Parcelforce will contact you with a delivery date and time slot.

UK standard delivery costs £5.94 (excluding Highlands & Islands).
Delivery costs for all other areas are calculated at checkout and vary between £5.94 and £9.54.
Delivery is free on all UK orders over £60.
International deliveries
We can deliver your order worldwide. Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the destination country. If you have any questions about international shipping please email us at

Please note, any fees charged by customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns and refunds policy
We take great pride in the quality of Mangle & Wringer products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with any of our products you may return them within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.

Please note that the refund covers the cost of the products only and will not include delivery charges. If an item is returned from an order where a discount has been applied, the value of the discount will be deducted from the refund.

You may also cancel your order at anytime before dispatch by simply calling us on 01451 833600 or emailing with your name, address and order number. However please note we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours and, if possible, the same day. After dispatch you may still cancel your order but you will need to return the goods as described above for a full refund.
Incorrect delivery address
If the delivery address you provide at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for the loss of your order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a second delivery charge will be applied.

Please take care when entering your details as once your order has been processed we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
